How it works
From the conversation
A connector for Claude sends tasks, promises, decisions and ideas straight from the chat. A Telegram bot takes text, voice notes and files.
Nothing is invented
Anything uncertain goes to the Inbox with the exact quote and the chat it came from. Accept or reject in one tap. A field with no quote behind it stays empty.
One place to work
Today view, tasks and subtasks, projects, a deals pipeline, records of commitments and decisions, and a morning summary in Telegram.
Built for a small team
- Separate workspaces for each business, with roles for owner, admin, manager and member.
- View-only access for partners: they can read and comment, but not edit.
- Invitations need the person's consent, and every change is kept in an activity log.
- Works in the browser and installs on a phone like an app.
Status
The BUZZ team in Bali has used BUZZ Office for its own work every day since November 2026. The interface is in Russian. Access for other teams is by invitation for now.
